How much do your services cost?
Given the nature of our services, providing an accurate project estimate is challenging without specific project details. Therefore, we recommend contacting us directly to receive a tailored pricing proposal that aligns with your needs.
As a general guide:
A standard new service scheme for up to 10 plots begins at an introductory cost of £350. Please note that this price may increase based on the complexity of the project, including factors such as the number of utilities involved and the total number of plots.
Additionally, we offer utility consultation and advisory services at a rate of £75.00 per hour.
At this stage I am only looking for quotes for utilities, are you able to help?
Absolutely – this is one of our most in-demand services. For larger-scale developments, we compare multiple service providers to ensure you receive the most competitive pricing available.
I need to move some equipment. Are you able to assist and advise on the best options?
Certainly – feel free to get in touch. We’re happy to discuss any concerns and explore solutions with you. If an on-site visit is needed, we can arrange it and provide full details on associated fees during our discussion.

What geographical areas do you cover?
We primarily operate remotely, enabling us to support your project anywhere in the UK. In-person site visits are available in Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds, Bristol, Birmingham, Cardiff, and London. Travel outside these areas can be arranged upon request.
My builder will manage the construction. Would you be able to oversee all utilities for this project??
Yes, we can manage on-site works as required. For these projects, we typically coordinate directly with the builder to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
How do I find out what the maximum electrical demand for my site is?
One effective approach is to review your electricity bills, as you may be on a contract that charges based on maximum demand. If not, conducting a load assessment over time can help identify peak demand periods. This insight is valuable, as even a single instance of high demand within a billing period can lead to significantly higher electricity costs.
I need to remove utilities connections from my property. Can you help?
